After reading a bit of this piece of fanfic: [link] and watching the new MTV vids of the movie, I was inspired to make my own version of Jacob.
(Funny how most of my Twilight stuff is Disney-fication... XP) So here's how I picture our dear, love-to-hate-him Jacob Black. I modeled him after Aladdin, hence the colouring and background (which I got off sxc.hu and modified). This is when he was still a happy kid and not the emo werewolf. I was too lazy to bother with clothes, so I gave him a wolf pendant (even if it doesn't look like it: the white circle is mother of pearl, representing the moon, clasped in the wolf-carving's jaws). Plus, it would be a shame to keep that body under wraps!  The lighting is supposed to be reminiscent of a bonfire down at First Beach. I think the filter and colour adjustment makes my original colouring pop a bit more. I like colouring Native American skin! It's so funnnn! :3 The hardest part of the picture was figuring out how to make him look young enough and still keep that mischevious glow that he has. Done in OC4 Plus. |
