WIP: KH Rinoa

I'll probably move this to scraps in the DISTANT... future XD My idea of Rinoa in KH (duh!). This is a continuation from the KH lineup I posted last time.

Lines with Sakura Microns, colour in PSP7.

Ok people, since over the years so many people have been asking for permission to cosplay this outfit (even though I think it's not the most practical to do and I've grown less fond of this design: I think it's high time I make a few things clear:
1) I do not own the rights to the character, so I don't want to say no to anyone cosplaying her
2) I have never seen any finished cosplay of this design EVER (since I first posted it in 2005)
3) I have never gotten any notes about what has happened with all the cosplays I gave "permission" to.

So in future, please only send me notes if you are really intending to see your cosplay through to completion. I know it sounds rather overbearing but please bear in mind that this drawing is just a fanwork and if you want to cosplay this, GO AHEAD.
And if it doesn't work out in the end, don't need to feel bad. If you HAVE completed the cosplay, feel free to send me pictures through DA notes.
